Sliding Scale and Insurance

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available to support clients experiencing financial hardship. These spots are designed to make therapy more accessible for those who might not otherwise afford it. Paying the full fee, if you are able, helps make this possible.

I do not accept insurance or work with insurance companies directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Coverage varies depending on your plan, so I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

Payment: Credit, Debit, HSA, or FSA card only

Good Faith Estimate Notice

If you are paying out of pocket for therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected cost of your care.

Federal law requires providers to give clients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the total expected charges for non-emergency services.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before starting services or at any time.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute the charges.
